- maxon motor AG, Sachseln Project Manager Development specializing in Systems Engineering, Battery Systems, and Functional Safety. Managed the full spectrum of e-bike system development, from BMS for industrial applications to wireless connectivity (BLE/ANT) and international certifications (EMC/RED).
- 2000 – 2016
- Flytec AG, Horw Project Manager Development focused on high-precision pressure sensing and microelectronics. Led outdoor device development from concept to mass production (including plastic injection molding and sourcing in Taiwan and Vietnam).
- 1989 – 2000
- Tegimenta AG / Roche Diagnostics, Rotkreuz Electronics Development Group Lead. Specializing in robotics, motion control (Stepper, DC, EC motors), and in-house development of high-voltage power stages for medical diagnostics.
